Touchless Tax Processing: Most clients do not require a meeting. To save you time, you can send your documents to us in one of the following four ways:

• Upload through ShareFile – through our secure portal, documents uploaded by you stay accessible in your portal account for future use. You can view and upload files that we upload to your personal folder. The portal is a secure way to share and store important files. If you do not have a ShareFile account, contact us at (585)-292-1041 or info@welkercpas.com
• File Drop – click on the name below and upload your files quickly for a one-time transfer to a specific accountant.

• Drop off – You can drop off your tax documents during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm). Outside of those hours, we have a secure lockbox outside of our office door. You can access the lockbox whenever our building is open (Monday – Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday from 7:00am-3:00pm and closed on Sundays and national holidays). Place your documents in the envelope provided, print your name on it and drop them in the bin. Be sure to keep a copy for yourself to have on hand.
• Mail – As with dropping off, be sure to keep a copy for yourself to have on hand.

Once we receive your documents, we will add your tax return file to the preparation queue to await its turn. This may take up to two weeks especially as it gets closer to the tax deadline. We will process your tax file and prepare your return. We will contact you when it is ready for your review.

After your approval, you will receive your E-File forms for signature in one of two ways:

• ShareFile – this allows you to sign electronically from your computer or smart phone.
• Mail – we will mail you the E-file forms with return envelopes to sign and return.

Once we receive your signed E-File forms, your tax return will be placed in the queue for filing with the IRS.

After the IRS accepts your E-Filed tax return, you can receive a copy three different ways:

• ShareFile, Email, or Mail – We will upload/send the final copy of your return along with any other applicable forms that require additional action along with instructions. Please let us know which method you prefer.

Invoices may be paid using our secure link https://pay.paybrightgateway.com/welkercpas or if you feel more comfortable, call us and we will take payment over the phone.
